EEXT - Sunchidee (New Pleasure VDL x Thunder van de Zuuthoeve), bred by Derk Noordhuis (NED), was declared foal champion at the North Drenthe foal show in Eext.
The fourth place in the championship was for Superstar Chiwa (New Pleasure VDL x Indoctro) of breeders J.A. Bloem & M.G. Kolner, Pesse (NED).
No fewer than seven of the nine jumping foals in the championship selection were descendants of VDL stallions.
